Kirsten Samuel explains: “like most companies, we already had an IT infrastructure, but it had become very fragmented. As our business continued to grow, we realised that we didn’t have a scalable model and we realised that our infrastructure was not cost effective either”.
The company also wanted to add functionality to its IT infrastructure to promote greater collaboration. Kirsten explains that her team wanted to use Lync or something similar but didn’t want to add to the already fragmented infrastructure.
The Consultation
