Microsoft Copilot Studio is licensed through Microsoft 365 and is a consumption-based model for bot usage based on the number of interactions with the bot – making it commercially affordable and viable. There is no cost for user licensing.

Microsoft Copilot Studio: use cases
You can design and build a Copilot (or a number of them) to enhance a wide range of customer and employee experiences, but some examples are:
A Copilot published on your website that allows customers to ask questions about your products / services and book a call with an appropriate sales specialist, scheduling the time and populating CRM.
A Copilot published in Teams for internal IT support issues, it accesses the knowledge base and allows users to self serve with suggested solutions, and then raise a ticket on your system if needed.
